Substitutions
We make every effort to match the rose color and arrangement shown. In rare cases of limited availability, slight substitutions in rose shade or arrangement style may be made while maintaining the overall look, size, and value of the product. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater quality.
Size & Design Variations

Proper care after delivery is the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for reduced flower lifespan due to improper handling, extreme temperatures, or placement after delivery.

At Gifted by EIA, all bouquet orders are final once confirmed. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our floral arrangements, bouquets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after order confirmation.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we immediately begin sourcing fresh flowers and preparing your bouquet specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances after confirmation.
